Our production is focused mainly on processing of varietal wines. High quality of our wine begins firstly in the vineyard, high attributes’ cause weather and mostly our experiences and responsible work.
The production of grapes and wine is made by “integrated production” which means strictly follow ecologically oriented procedures which are friendly to the environment. All technological processes used in the vineyards must correspond with international criteria.
The basic objective is to minimize application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and minimizing the use of fossil energy.
Kind of wines on our wineyards
All the grapes come from our own vineyards with an area of 65 hectares, on which we grow app. 20 kind of wines, which include Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon, Grinner Veltliner, St. Laurent, Lemberger, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and further.
Most of our production is represented by attributive varietal wines:
- Late Garbage: pure grapes sugar content min. 21° NM
- Selection of grapes: pure grapes sugar content min 24° NM
- Selection of berries: pure grapes sugar content min 27° NM
